About Me
I’ve always been a caregiver — I started babysitting at age 10. At eleven, I was in a motor vehicle accident that introduced me to physical therapy, and I knew then it was what I wanted to do.
I love seeing patients return to their lives with less pain and better function. I’ve been a myofascial release (MFR) specialist since 1992, completing all courses offered by the John Barnes Group and running an MFR clinic in California for 20 years.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing volleyball, traveling and spending time with my family.
