About Me
My journey into physical therapy was inspired by my experience as a collegiate athlete and a deep interest in learning about the human body. What I find most rewarding is helping patients of all ages stay active and reach their goals through evidence-based, individualized care.
After earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in 2020, I pursued further education to enhance my clinical expertise. I completed an orthopedic residency program through A.T. Still University and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2021.
I treat all orthopedic conditions, with a special passion for working with active individuals. I focus on combining manual therapy with targeted exercise interventions to restore function and help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. The life-changing impact physical therapy can have is what drives me to provide the highest level of care.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors and spending time with my husband, son and our Siberian husky, Lyla. Staying physically active through running, hiking, weightlifting and yoga is an important part of my life.
