About Me
I was inspired to pursue a career in medicine after witnessing the impact physical therapy can have on someone's life. Seeing how movement and targeted care restore function and quality of life motivated me to help others heal and return to the activities they love.
The most rewarding part of my job is creating treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals. I enjoy guiding patients through recovery, helping them overcome challenges and regain health and independence.
My clinical expertise is in pelvic floor physical therapy across the lifespan. I specialize in pediatric and adolescent populations experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, including enuresis, nocturnal enuresis, constipation, encopresis and pelvic pain. I’m passionate about providing empathetic, evidence-based care that supports both physical and emotional well-being.
I also have a strong interest in prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain and bladder and bowel incontinence. I’m committed to individualized care that empowers patients to return to meaningful, functional activities.
We recently added rehabilitative ultrasound, a non-invasive tool that uses sound waves to create real-time images of muscles and soft tissue. It allows us to assess pelvic floor and core muscle function and provides immediate visual feedback, enhancing both clinical decision-making and the patient experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping and spending time outdoors with my husband and three children. I also love hiking, running and reading.
I’m committed to individualized care that empowers patients to return to meaningful, functional activities.
