Workforce Development Programs
Pathfinder is a partnership with Community College of Vermont and is intended to serve as a pipeline for employees to access UVM Health Pathway Programs.
This program offers employees the opportunity to further their nursing careers through the practical nursing program at Vermont State University.
This program allows UVM Health LPN employees to continue earning a salary while studying to complete their Associate of Science in Nursing degree.
This program supports employees in completing their Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy degree and earn their Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
