About Our Location
At University of Vermont Health – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, our dedicated pharmacy team works together to provide convenient access to the prescriptions you need.
Our pharmacists work with your provider to make sure the medications you take are safe, effective and affordable. If your provider is in our network, we use your shared electronic medical record (EMR) to provide seamless team-based care. We verify that the drugs you take interact with each other safely and effectively.
We are now open for walk-in prescription pick-up. Please note that we are closed daily from 1 – 1:30 pm and 6 – 6:30 pm.
Our Services
We offer a number of outpatient pharmacy services.
For those with health and safety concerns who cannot enter the facility, curbside service remains an option. Simply call 518-562-7158 to have your prescription delivered to the MRI entrance (next to the Emergency Department entrance).
Use our University of Vermont Health RX mobile app to request refills, get notified when we mail your prescription and schedule reminders to take or refill your medications.

Located within the pharmacy, the Community Medication Collection Bin provides a safe, secure and environmentally friendly way to dispose of your unused or outdated medications. This service is part of our commitment to addressing the opioid crisis in our community. Having another convenient collection box to help remove unused controlled medications from our community helps reduce the risk of drug diversion.
