About Our Location
University of Vermont Health – Elizabethtown Community Hospital is a not-for-profit critical access hospital which includes two campuses and six community-based primary care health centers. In Essex County, we serve as the central source for the delivery of health care services to county residents and visitors to the Adirondack Park.
