About Our Location
The H.K Freedman Renal Center at University of Vermont Health – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital offers several outpatient dialysis types to suit different needs and preferences.
Choosing to start dialysis can be difficult for you and your loved ones. We make sure you have the information and resources you need to make this decision and manage this care transition.
Our Facilities Include:
- 24-stations (isolation stations available)
- On-site generator as back up in the event of an electric outage

Our unit is part of the Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Health Plaza in Plattsburgh. Our facility is conveniently located with easy access from I-87. We offer plenty of free, up-close parking, and we are located across from the region’s largest shopping mall for the convenience of those accompanying patients.
