Pearl is responsible for leading human resources for Alice Hyde Medical Center and Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital. He received his BS in Finance from Siena College and has more than 25 years of executive human resources leadership in global matrixed organizations. He enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, running and spending time on the lake.
