He has led system-level unification work centralizing administrative functions and leadership, resulting in improved performance and savings. He also is a leader in the system’s transformational work to further align and streamline operations while controlling expenses.
Rick has spent more than three decades with the health system, including previous financial and administrative leadership roles with UVM Medical Center and UVM Health Medical Group.
