Vice President of Medical Group Operations, Chief Nursing Officer
Shutts has a background in inpatient and ambulatory nursing and has held various leadership roles. She earned her initial nursing degree from Clinton Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Plattsburgh State University. She has also earned her master's in nursing and her Master of Business Administration and has a passion for rural health care. Outside of work, Shutts enjoys spending time on her boat, baking and attending her children’s sporting events.
