Chief Nursing Officer & Vice President of Clinical Care Delivery
Ogelby works closely with the clinical leadership team at Home Health & Hospice to support high-quality, efficient care delivery. She brings extensive leadership experience to the role, most recently serving as Vermont State Medicaid Director, where she oversaw operations for a statewide program serving more than 200,000 beneficiaries. Her commitment to palliative care brought her to Vermont in 2012, where she led the development of a statewide pediatric palliative care program through Vermont Medicaid.
Ogelby earned her MS in nursing from Simmons College and lives in Waterbury, Vermont, with her partner, Matthew, their two children and a variety of pets.
