Chair, Department of Surgery
Dr. Norotsky is the Stanley S. Fieber Chair in Surgery and professor of surgery, division of cardiothoracic surgery at UVM Larner College of Medicine. A board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Norotsky brings extensive expertise in the surgical treatment of coronary artery disease, lung cancer, thoracic cancers, esophageal and mediastinal disorders, thoracic trauma and atrial arrhythmias.
He is a member of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery and is recognized for his leadership in advancing complex thoracic surgical care.
