Marc is an accomplished health care leader with more than 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, quality improvement, and patient-centered care. Prior to joining Central Vermont Medical Center, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Greenwich Hospital and Senior Vice President of Yale New Haven Health, where he oversaw a $560 million budget and a workforce of more than 1,500 employees.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, Marc has led significant improvements in quality, patient experience, employee engagement and financial performance.
