Lori Boisjoli leads integrated IT operations for our health system, including governance, budgeting, vendor management, infrastructure, strategic planning and cybersecurity. Over the past decade, she has overseen the deployment and consolidation of hundreds of IT applications, helped implement a unified electronic health record across six hospitals, and integrated seven independent IT departments into a single shared service.
