Senior Vice President, High Value Care, UVM Health
Jessica Moschella joined UVM Health in January 2023 as senior vice president for high value care. She leads efforts to improve patient outcomes in Vermont and northern New York and advance value in care delivery.
Jessica has extensive experience in value-based care and population health, having held leadership roles across the Mass General Brigham system. She also has a strong background in public health, both domestically and internationally. Jessica holds a master's degree in public health from Tulane University and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
