Archambault brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in health care and higher education, including roles at Home Health & Hospice and UVM Medical Center prior to their affiliation with the University of Vermont Health Network. Her expertise is focused on enhancing the employee experience and fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and three sons.
