Kendrew has worked for UVM Medical Center for more than 10 years in various positions supporting facilities management, security, emergency management, EVS, EHS and UVM Health services. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Champlain College and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Vermont. Kendrew is a passionate gardener, operating a small farm on her property.
