Krompf has more than 20 years of experience in health care operations, including consulting and direct management in various settings such as ambulatory surgical centers, multidisciplinary clinics and a variety of specialties. His passions include systemic approaches to improving access to care and the overall human experience of interacting with health care entities.
He lives in South Burlington with his wife, Alison, and their two children.
