Director of Home Health Services
Plante oversees the adult home health, longitudinal care and pediatric palliative care programs, with a focus on clinical excellence and quality of care. After a 10-year career as a licensed nursing assistant, she earned an associate degree in nursing from Vermont Technical College and is currently completing her BSN through Chamberlain University. Raised on a Vermont farm, she enjoys spending summers gardening with her husband and three sons.
