Director of Hospice and Palliative Care
Meredith-Mitchell joined Home Health & Hospice with more than a decade of experience as a nurse and leader in hospice care. She earned a BS in nursing and an MSN in nursing administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds certification in hospice and palliative care through the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center. Originally from Hawaiʻi, she enjoys exploring Vermont’s outdoors, visiting farmers markets and bookstores and engaging with her community.
