Noonan has more than 35 years of health care experience, holding various administrative and clinical roles in academic and community settings.
She earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Vermont and has led performance improvement efforts at University of Vermont Medical Center, achieving top rankings in quality and safety.
