Is your little one’s teddy bear acting a bit sluggish — or does a favorite stuffed animal have a “boo‑boo” that needs attention? Bring them to the CVPH Family Medicine Residents’ Teddy Bear Clinic on Saturday, May 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the SUNY Plattsburgh Field House. This event is supporting by the Foundation of CVPH.
Designed by Family Medicine residents, this playful clinic helps children build healthy habits and feel more comfortable with medical visits. Kids can help providers bandage their stuffed animals, listen to Teddy’s heartbeat and learn how to keep their beloved friends safe and healthy.
The Teddy Bear Clinic is part of the Clinton County District Attorney’s Child Advocacy Center Safe & Sound Safety Expo, a free community event featuring entertainment, activities, food, resources and giveaways. Highlights include trackless train rides, Pipsqueak’s Party Time and Freyja the Bubble Fairy — along with plenty of family‑friendly fun for all ages.
