Stepping Out for Your Heart
Event Details
Join us for a special evening dedicated to raising funds and awareness to end heart disease and stroke for all women. The evening will include a heart healthy dinner, live & silent auctions and several interactive wellness stations. Attendees will learn and be inspired by two survivors and two medical professionals as they share their stories and knowledge.
Proceeds will benefit The Foundation of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital to support the Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab Project, a $1.3M initiative to build a larger rehab facility to care for more patients and expand programming.
