Class Details
Kaiut Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga taught at a slower pace to help you reconnect with the natural rhythm of your body. Most poses are done on the floor and can be easily adapted for use with a chair. The practice focuses on the joints as a pathway to calming and regulating the nervous system.
Kaiut Yoga is accessible for all body types, levels of experience and health conditions — it’s designed to meet you where you are.
Please arrive early. Doors are locked at 4:00 p.m.
