Class Details

Kaiut Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga taught at a slower pace to help you reconnect with the natural rhythm of your body. Most poses are done on the floor and can be easily adapted for use with a chair. The practice focuses on the joints as a pathway to calming and regulating the nervous system.

Kaiut Yoga is accessible for all body types, levels of experience and health conditions — it’s designed to meet you where you are.

Please arrive early. Doors are locked at 4:00 p.m.

About the Instructor

Julia has been teaching the Kaiut Yoga Method at University of Vermont Medical Center since 2017, particularly for individuals with chronic health conditions. Her calm, gentle approach is rooted in years of clinical experience and a deep belief in the body and mind’s ability to heal and adapt.
