Managing diabetes starts with knowing your numbers. We’re offering a free A1c testing clinic for community members who may have difficulty accessing or affording routine testing.
An A1c test measures your average blood sugar levels over the past two to three months. The test is quick and simple, providing valuable information to help you better manage your health.
No appointment is needed — just walk in during clinic hours. All are welcome.
