Support Group Details
Our grief support group meets weekly over three months, with new sessions starting each Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Together, we explore the purpose and meaning of grief, learning to understand and expect the emotions that come with it.
This group focuses on building resilience by developing personal rituals to nurture your body and mind throughout every stage of grief.
