Event Details
You are not alone on your IBD journey, and we want to help you take the next step.
Whether you were recently diagnosed with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, have been managing IBD for years, or care for someone who is, this event was designed with you in mind.
MyIBD Learning Patient & Caregiver Education Program
The Crohn's and Colitis Center at University of Vermont Medical Center, in partnership with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, is proud to host Vermont’s first ever:
What You'll Learn and Do:
- Hear from doctors who treat Crohn's disease and colitis every day. They'll share what's new in treatment, food and diet tips and how to manage your symptoms.
- Meet other people who live with IBD or care for someone who does. It helps to talk with people who understand what you're going through.
- Get helpful information you can use right away — simple tools and tips to help you feel more in control of your health.
- Ask your questions. There will be time to talk with the doctors and get answers.
Who Should Attend?
This event is for anyone touched by IBD — patients of any age, family members and caregivers. It doesn't matter if you were just diagnosed or have been dealing with IBD for a long time. Everyone is welcome.
We are excited to partner with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation to bring this nationally recognized educational program to our Vermont and Northern New York community.
Registration is required and space is limited so secure your space today.
