Childbirth Education Classes

Event Details

Our Childbirth Education classes are designed for anyone expecting a child and provide an overview of what to expect during labor, delivery and the early postpartum period. Classes focus on preparing you with knowledge, confidence and practical tools to support informed decision‑making.

Classes are a six-week series and dates are as follows:

May 6th -June 10th
July 1st- Aug 5th
September 2nd- October 7th
November 4th- Dec 9th
