Dr. Richard Webber is an internal medicine specialist in Plattsburgh, New York. He completed medical school and residency at George Washington University School of Medicine. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and currently practices at Lake City Primary Care and serves on the medical staff of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital.
