Ryan assumed the role of executive director at the Clinton County Industrial Development Agency in January 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in economic development to the North Country Region. Previously, she served as chief of staff for Assemblyman Billy Jones, focusing on legislative issues related to rural health, infrastructure and the local environment.
With a lifelong connection to Clinton County, Ryan is deeply committed to contributing to the region's growth and well-being. Her public service career includes roles as constituent liaison for Congressman Bill Owens, realtor at Kavanaugh Realty and positions at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, where she served as community outreach manager and manager of Volunteer Services.
A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Ryan resides in Rouses Point with her husband and two children.
