Judy has served as president of Community College of Vermont (CCV) since 2009, focusing on expanding access to higher education for Vermonters — from high school students to adult pursuing new careers. She has led the development of workforce education initiatives and championed efforts to increase post-secondary enrollment.
By strengthening CCV’s ties with the philanthropic community, Judy has secured significant support for scholarships, veterans services and the Introduction to College and Careers course, which improves college-going rates of Vermont high schoolers.
Judy serves on the Vermont Council for Rural Development, New England Board of Higher Education, the Vermont Higher Education Council, and the Vermont Business Roundtable, and is a Commissioner to the New England Commission of Higher Education.
