Hannah is the director of public health for Franklin County Public Health Services. She came to the Malone area from Schenectady, New York, where she served in public health throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and received her master’s degree in public health from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
