Bob was appointed president and chief operating officer of Porter Medical Center in May 2024, after serving in the role on an interim basis since September 2023. He also serves as the president of Elizabethtown Community Hospital since joining UVM Health in 2021.
Bob has a rich history in health care leadership with over 30 years of dedicated service within the WellSpan Health System of York, PA. He occupied various leadership roles during his tenure there, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.
Bob holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a BS in Behavioral Science from York College of Pennsylvania.
