ERAS has partnered with Thalamus to provide a joint effort for application submission and review. We will be communicating via Thalamus/email for all interview invitations.
Our virtual interview day is structured to ensure it is thoughtfully designed to provide applicants with a sense of life in Vermont, as well as who we are as a program. We want to maximize the amount of time we spend in interviews, and determine what content can be sent to our applicants ahead of time. The day is typically between the hours of 9AM - 1PM.
Our interviews are conducted on most Monday and some Wednesday mornings, from mid-October through the end of December. A finalized itinerary will be shared with applicants ahead of their interview day.
Based on the current health landscape, we intend to offer an in-person second look event. This will be an optional event, and participation will NOT affect placement on the rank list. This is tentatively planned for early February. We anticipate having our rank list submitted prior to the Second Look event. Details will be sent to all applicants who interview with our program.
