What attracted you to UVM Medical Center:   I love that UVM had an ambulatory program and I'm able to guide my residency towards my interests. During my interview, I was able to feel that everybody enjoyed their positions and really cared about the residents. I compared every interview to it after and nothing could compete.

What do you love most about VT: I'm still exploring but I have really enjoyed the farms! I really loved that I have been able to go blueberry and strawberry picking so far, which was a first for me!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time: I love to cook, play video/board games, embroider, read, and travel!

What attracted you to UVM Medical Center: What attracted me most to UVM was the program’s strong sense of community and its commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative environment. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the supportive culture, where the RPD is not only approachable but genuinely invested in resident’s success. I also appreciated the flexibility to select electives that align with my professional interests, allowing for a personalized and meaningful training experience. UVM is truly a hidden gem known for its interdisciplinary teamwork, research opportunities, and dedication to patient centered care. It offers the kind of well-rounded experience I was seeking in a residency program.

What do you love most about VT: Vermont feels peaceful and grounding. I love the scenic beauty, the close-knit community, and how people genuinely care for one another. It’s a place that makes it easy to focus on what matters most.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time: I enjoy quality time with my family, going on short hikes, and finding quite moments to meditate. I also love exploring nearby towns, being out in nature, listening to music, and discovering local Vermont art. And yes- Maple Creemees are a favorite treat!
