Kyle DeWitt

Residency Program Director, Emergency Medicine (PGY2)
Pharmacist Clinician, Emergency Medicine

Undergraduate: The Ohio State University – Columbus, OH
School of Pharmacy: Midwestern University College of Pharmacy – Glendale, AZ
PGY1 Residency: Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center – Brooklyn, NY
PGY2 Residency: Emergency Medicine, University of New Mexico Hospitals – Albuquerque, NM

After completing my residency training, I was drawn to The University of Vermont Medical Center by the progressive medical culture, well-established pharmacy services, and incredible work-life balance promoted by the institution.

As Residency Program Director, my goal is to instill these core attributes directly into the PGY2 Emergency Medicine program and provide an unparalleled learning experience. Burlington is truly a hidden gem and I've fallen in love with the amazing restaurants, summer days on Lake Champlain, and endless outdoor activities that it has to offer year round.

Above all, the welcoming culture both inside the hospital and out has made it easy to call Burlington and UVM Medical Center “home”.
