Hometown:  Cleveland, OH
School of Pharmacy:  Daejeon, South Korea
Professional Interests:  I'm still exploring! Oncology, Emergency Medicine, and Women's Health have all caught my interest so far, but I'm hoping to use this residency year to discover what area I am truly passionate about!

What attracted you to UVM Medical Center: The people and the rotation options! I love that there are both inpatient and outpatient oncology rotations with so many options of ambulatory care rotations. Plus, everyone I met during the interview was incredibly welcoming!

What do you love most about VT: The beautiful mountain scenery and stunning fall foliage. I actually fell in love with Vermont just from looking at photos online and I’m excited to see it in person this fall. I also love the unique mix of Burlington’s small town charm and access to outdoor adventure!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time: Playing piano and watching true crime shows! While in Vermont, I also want to take advantage of the nature and outdoor activities by getting back into running and trying hiking and skiing!

What attracted you to UVM Medical Center: The people are so friendly and personable, getting to know me beyond academics and investing in my personal success. The hospital offers a unique experience to practice at a major academic medical center and level I trauma center with a more rural, small-town feel that promotes connection and comradery.

What do you love most about VT: The beautiful places from the mountains to the lake to explore and hike, the prosperous maple syrup industry (especially Creemees - Burlington Bay stays winning so far), and the low but promising chance to see a moose.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time: Wine/cider/mead homebrewing, bread making, disc golfing, board gaming, and hiking with the dog and wife.
