Geoffrey McKelvey, DO
Medical School
Residency
Dr. McKelvey grew up in Atlanta, GA and completed his bachelor’s degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He later journeyed across the country to New Mexico, where he completed his medical education at the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine. His wanderlust then took him north to Chicago, where he completed his pediatrics residency at the University of Illinois - Chicago. His work there focused on global health, specifically improving access to CCHD screening in Jalapa, Guatemala. He is thrilled to move yet further north to join us here at UVM for his neonatology fellowship. In his time off, you can find him toying with a new recipe in his kitchen or on the slopes in the winter.
Thomas Beaudoin, MD

Dr. Beaudoin grew up in Jericho, Vermont, and completed his undergraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology at St. Michael’s College. He served as a Peace Corps health volunteer in Zambia before attending medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada and completing pediatrics residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. He is excited to return home to Vermont for his neonatology fellowship. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Beaudoin enjoys spending time with his niece and nephew, traveling, reading, and snowboarding.
Cindy Tung, DO
Medical School
Residency
Dr. Tung grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and completed her undergraduate studies at Brandeis University, where she majored in Biology and Psychology. She attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and later completed her pediatrics residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania. While there, she participated in the Global Health Track, through which she had the opportunity to work in The Gambia and help teach "Helping Babies Breathe" as part of essential newborn care. She is excited to return to New England to join UVM for her neonatology fellowship. Outside of medicine, she enjoys baking, caring for her houseplants, reading, and spending time with her cats.
