Career Interests: Electrophysiology, Bioengineering
A special note about living in Vermont and training at UVM: What attracted me to UVM is that it offers excellent clinical training with research opportunities that span the clinical realm as well as the basic science realm, including innovative bioengineering research. Despite being new to Vermont, I have already experienced a great variety of outdoors activities and more is available in all seasons. I cannot wait to go skiing during the winter months.
Fun Facts/Hobbies:
- Amateur tennis player and a tennis fanatic. One of my goals is to attend all four Grand Slams and most importantly to take my dad to Wimbledon.
- Harry Potter aficionado, though I have yet to visit the Harry Potter parks in Orlando and London.
- I love all Asian cuisine, from the Middle East to the Far East. I could easily live off of Sushi if it were sustainable to life.

A special note about living in Vermont and training at UVM:
The collegial learning environment with balanced distribution of excellent clinical and research experts was the primary reason for choosing UVM for my further training. Coming from a mountain state of WV, I find the green state of VT relatable but more accessible. There are more outdoor activities than time can fit but plan to explore more further.
