Supporting our nurses to grow professionally is a top priority, which is why our nursing education and professional development team has built a rich landscape of opportunities to help our nurses reach their full potential. Our offerings include everything from free personal and professional development classes to leadership training programs such as the Charge Nurse Workshop, Preceptor and Advanced Preceptor Workshops, Emerging Nurse Leader Development and Deepening Your Leadership for established leaders sessions. Tuition discounts, scholarships and reimbursement programs for tuition and certification (up to $750 per year) enable our nurses to pursue higher education and specialty certifications with less financial strain.

Nursing awards, scholarships and career achievements are increasingly being shared with the public as well, such as social media posts celebrating Certified Nurses Day or the Nurses Week Awards presentation.
