The University of Vermont Medical Center's Palliative Care program supports the physical and psychological needs of patients and families facing the complex challenges of life-threatening or chronic illness.

This specialized program features a comprehensive inpatient service and is staffed by providers who are specially trained to meet the needs of these patients and families.
