As we work to fully recover from a cyberattack, the UVM Health Network would like to express our deep appreciation for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We understand how frustrating and worrisome this disruption can be for you and your family, and we apologize for this experience. Doing what is best for our patients is at the center of every decision we make as we navigate in the aftermath.

The October 28 attack continues to cause variable impacts, depending on the service and the location. Quick action was taken to protect patient information following emergency procedures and we continue to work with state and federal law enforcement with investigations underway.
