This class will help you to make informed decisions by understanding your options, protect you against Medicare fraud and provide information about where to find additional help.

Session topics include:

  • What is the State Health Insurance Program, and what are Medicare and Social Security?
  • A discussion about drug plan options and how to avoid penalties
  • Understanding Medicare Supplemental plans vs. Medicare Advantage plans

We will share state and federal financial help, information on when and how to apply for benefits, resources to help you protect yourself against Medicare fraud and ways to make decisions by understanding your options.
