Mastering Tough Conversations for Pediatrics

Mastering Tough Conversation Goals for Pediatrics utilizes small group learning and deliberate practice techniques. Participants will adapt strategies to communicate about serious illnesses with honesty and compassion for the inpatient and outpatient settings. This course focuses on communicating serious news and discussing what matters most to patients and their caregivers. Majority of the time in spent in small group practice.
