Stanley Grzyb, MD is an orthopedic surgeon at the University of Vermont Medical Center, and clinical associate professor at the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. His clinical interests are focused on sports medicine and ski- and snowboard-related injuries. Among the top conditions he treats are ligamentous injuries, fractures and dislocations; he also performs a variety of special procedures, including closed reduction of fractures and dislocations, and the evaluation of ski and snowboard injuries.
Dr. Grzyb’s care philosophy is centered on compassionate care of children and adults who have experienced acute trauma. He finds it gratifying to be able to assist these patients and to guide them on their way to a successful rehabilitation. He also views it as a privilege to pass on the expertise he has gained over decades of practicing orthopedics to medical students and resident physicians.
