Dr. Simon Boulattouf is a family medicine doctor and site leader at the University of Vermont Medical Center Family Medicine in Berlin, VT. Dr. Boulattouf is also an assistant professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM. He specializes in preventative medicine, comprehensive adult and adolescent care, travel medicine, and urgent care.
