Natalie Grigoli is a speech-language pathologist at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She has experience working with geriatrics and neurologic rehabilitation. Natalie treats patients with brain injuries, concussions, Parkinson’s disease, and stroke.
Natalie loves working with and helping others - she originally wanted to be a teacher but learned through experience that she prefers working with people one-on-one. For her, the most rewarding part of her job is helping people accomplish something of personal value.
Natalie believes it's important to recognize each patient as a unique individual with experiences and knowledge they can share. She strives to create functional rehabilitation plans to improve a patient’s transition back to their everyday lives. She believes therapy is about regaining independence, adjusting to a new life circumstance, and striving to reach personal goals. She is excited to play her part in their journey back to recovery.
