Comprehensive Pediatric Orthopedic Services and Specialties

The UVM Medical Center's Pediatric Orthopedic Services provides advanced care for children and adolescents with all types of musculoskeletal problems, including scoliosis, bone tumors, upper and lower extremity problems, neuromuscular disorders, spina bifida, and other orthopedic conditions.

We also treat children with cerebral palsy, myelomeningocele, muscular dystrophy and other neuromuscular disorders through the Vermont Department of Health.

Dedicated Pediatric Orthopedic Team

Our physicians are board-certified orthopedic surgeons with additional specialty training in pediatrics. They're also University of Vermont (UVM) faculty members and are involved in research and in the education of University of Vermont College of Medicine students and orthopedic surgery residents. Nurses and support staff coordinate patient care.
