An Integrated System of Care
Through our partnerships with the Larner College of Medicine at UVM and the UVM College of Nursing and Health Sciences from Vermont’s University Medical Center, we aim to improve our region’s quality of life with innovations in medicine and health care that arise from new knowledge and discovery.
We also collaborate with Central Vermont Medical Center, Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, Elizabethtown Community Hospital, Alice Hyde Medical Center, Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Inter-Lakes Health, and the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle counties. Because of these relationships we’re able to deliver all of the resources and opportunities of a major medical center and serve our patients with the breadth and depth of services in a wide array of specialties.
Together with our partners and associates, we’re building an integrated healthcare system to improve access to local care in the communities of Vermont and northern New York, which also allows for purchasing efficiencies and shared information technology. Learn more about our partnerships.
