JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Network Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations primarily directs and oversees onboarding and candidate experience strategies associated with hiring for all departments across the University of Vermont Health Network. Provides direction and management of staff and programs of major organizational scope across regions, business lines, and competing interests. This individual will extend the UVMHN employment brand as being an ambassador of the highest quality, mission-inspired workforce.

The Network Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations acts as a partner in defining the network vision for onboarding and candidate experience and executing against short and long term strategic goals.

The incumbent will drive actions and programs that enable continued growth, automation and scalability of our hiring processes. S/he will improve operational efficiency, the candidate and hiring team experience, and talent acquisition work-flows.  Additionally, the incumbent serves as the primary contact between HRIS and the Talent Acquisition team for reporting, data collection and data auditing needs (scorecards, dashboards, AAP and EEO data).

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field required. Masters preferred but not required. Human Resources, Talent Acquisition certification desired.

EXPERIENCE:

Seven years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition and onboarding and candidate experience required.

Experience with HRIS and ATS (Workday experience highly preferred)

Proven leadership experience with measurable outcomes preferred.

Familiarity with employment paperwork, including terms of agreement, contracts and background checks.

Understanding of Payroll process (esp. for new hires and relocation expenses).

Experience leading system-wide change and implementation initiatives strongly preferred

General knowledge of current employment laws and practices.
